Editorial Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This is placeholder editorial policy text for CineTaara while the site is in development. It should be reviewed and finalized by the site owner before the site goes live to the public.

Editorial independence

CineTaara's news coverage and reviews are produced independently of any studio, production house, publicist, or advertiser. Receiving a screening invite, promotional material, or advertising revenue from a party does not influence whether or how we cover their film.

Sourcing

We aim to base news stories on verifiable sources: official announcements, press releases, on-record interviews, and reputable trade reporting. Where we rely on unconfirmed reports or rumors (for example, in gossip-category stories), we say so explicitly rather than presenting them as confirmed fact.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews reflect the honest opinion of the person who watched and wrote them. We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review, and a rating is never agreed upon in advance with a studio or publicist.

Sponsored content

If we ever publish sponsored or paid content, it will be clearly labeled as such and kept visually and editorially distinct from our regular news and review coverage.

Corrections policy

We correct factual errors as soon as we're aware of them. Minor corrections (typos, small factual fixes) may be made silently; more significant corrections will be noted at the bottom of the affected article along with the date of the correction.
